What are tokens?

Tokens are the units of measurement for interactions with our AI bots. Each message you send and each response you receive uses tokens. Longer, more complex conversations consume more tokens. You can monitor your token usage in your profile page.

Our bot catalog features a growing collection of specialized expert bots. Each bot has been carefully designed to excel in a specific domain of knowledge.

How to Add Bots to Your Collection
  1. Navigate to the Bot Catalog
  2. Browse the available bots, or use the search function to find specific expertise
  3. Click on a bot to view its detailed description
  4. Click "Add to My Collection" to add it to your personal lineup
You can have up to 4 bots in your collection. If you want to add a new bot when your collection is full, you'll need to remove one first from your profile page.

How to Send a Gift
  1. Navigate to the Gift Subscription page
  2. Enter the recipient's email address
  3. Select the subscription plan you'd like to gift
  4. Add a personal message (optional)
  5. Complete the payment process
The recipient will receive an email notification with instructions on how to redeem their gift. If they're already an My Botty user, the subscription will be added to their account. If not, they'll be invited to create an account to redeem their gift.

Managing Your Profile

Your profile page is your command center for managing your My Botty experience.

Token Usage Tracking

Your profile shows your current token usage with a progress bar. If you're approaching your limit, consider upgrading your plan or using your remaining tokens more strategically.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can have up to 4 bots in your collection at any time. You can change which bots you have by removing existing ones from your profile page and adding new ones from the bot catalog.

If you reach your monthly token limit, you won't be able to chat with your bots until your token quota renews at the start of your next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get immediate access to more tokens.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time from your profile page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

When someone sends you a gift subscription, you'll receive an email with redemption instructions. You can also view and redeem any pending gifts directly on your profile page in the Gifts section.
